Dear Community!
For christmas I got this gorgeous leather jacket from Massimo Dutti, very thin leather.
Problem is that I was wearing a heavy backpack and when taking it off it teared a gap into the jackets backside (thin leather is good, but I guess it was just way to thin).
I have no idea how to get it fixed or what to do. Maybe a good taylor could be creative? Or better some kind of artisanal leather shop?
How is the costumer protection in Hong Kong? Couldnt I assume that the quality of the jacket wasnt good enough?
