Does anyone know where I can get a document notarized for a reasonable price? It's for personal/government use so I don't need a fancy lawyer, unless he comes with a reasonable price tag.

In the US, they do it at FedEx and UPS for 15-20 dollars. is there anything like that in Hong Kong?

You may try HK government org: Home Affairs Dept (website: www.had.gov.hk) it's free for notarisation service for private use. My son used to use this service to notarise his certificates for applying school matters. Trust this helps.
