Hi All

for a document that I need send to US guys in Washington they have asked for a self-addressed, stamped envelope alongwith other documents. They are going to review and then send me the decision through the a self-addressed, stamped envelope back to HK.

Now I can write my address on the document but I am not sure about how to the get stamps for sending that letter back from Washington to HK?
I mean I wont know the exact weight and also I wont have US stamps in HK.

Am I missing something here? How can I find the stamps in HK for putting on this a self-addressed, stamped envelope and how can I calculate how many stamps would be needed
