Hi
there are lots of threads on breaking a lease, but I am looking at it from the other side.

If I take a break lease,
what are my risks
do I just take it for the remainder of the original lease is it the start a new lease
What is the story with bond/utilities if it is the reaminder of the original lease

Any ideas, anyone done this?
A series of short leases would be an interesting way to see other parts of HK.
