Has anyone used Meta Intl. Movers for international relocation?

We are moving to the US and currently looking at a few international movers. We got a few quotes and Meta International Movers is way cheaper than the competitors.

Has anyone used them before? If so, would you recommend them or not?
Are they reliable and take full responsibility?
Are there hidden charges?

Any advise would be most appreciated.
