Who do I call to report idle engine cars and buses? Can anybody give me the number?

Call your local police station. They can send out a traffic warden. However, if you are just passing and in a rush then call the local police station and report the idle engine as an illegally parked car. The police will come out and ticket it. The police will not however, come out for a idling engine but they will for illegal parking which most of them will be. If only more people would do this then this idling engine business would stop..... they are so selfish and are quite happy to put other peoples health at risk.
