Does anyone know how long it takes U.S. citizens to get a Vietnam tourist visa at the Hong Kong Vietnam consulate? We are going to Vietnam the 3rd Feb, but the consulate seem to be closed until the 2nd.
Also, can anyone recommend or talk about your experience with the visa on arrival online agents?
