Hi, was wondering if anyone has had any recent experience with applying for a APEC Travel Card, I have heard that they take a long time to process. That issue aside, do applications ever get rejected at all? Thanks

I have had one for nearly 10 years and never been rejected.

But they don't give them away easily....

Processing depends on the individual countries--- some approve you faster than others --- but some take up to 6 months...

Once you have the countries that you visit frequently approvals --- you can issue the card -- you can replace it later as others approve you.

China seems to be very difficult to get approvals for....
