Speed Cam

Hello Everyone,

I am a P plater here in HKG - although I have had about 10 years experience riding elsewhere.

So what happened was, I was driving around one weekend with a friend when we stumbled upon a rather empty highway. We decided to speed up a bit (I was probably going at about 110 kph on a 70kph zone.), and then my friend who was behind me saw 3 flashes towards my back and appears to be a speed cam (I was in denial and was insisting it was probably lightning - even though it was very bright).

It's been almost a week now and I still have not received any letter or notification in my mail about this infraction.

What are the possible penalties, punishment or consequences - will they notify me in advance or will this be an unpleasant surprise when I go and apply for my Full License?
