Western hairdresser good at platinum blonde colouring?

Hi all, recently moved to HK and I am on the search for a hairdresser who is experienced making hair blonde. I'm told most salons here only have knowledge colouring locals hair and most won't have ever used bleach to dye hair platinum blonde.

Its a big risk putting the life of your hair in someones hands so rather than ending up with orange or broken off hair I wonder if anyone knows any western or really experienced colourists out here who know how to make hair look naturally blonde!?

I am caucasian and I already have fairly light hair (mousey brown) so my stylist back in the UK would only leave it on for about 15mins max then she'd always run a toner though.


Any faux blondies out there with any recommendations I'd really appreciate it!!!
