Cheap and quality health foods

Hi everybody.

I've been in Hong Kong around 6 months now. I've been able to navigate my way around most of the challenges of Hong Kong, BUT still can't find a good source of health foods.

Can any one suggest a good place to buy healthy health foods!? Good = good brands + cheap prices.

My family consumes a lot of health foods: chai, flax seeds, superfoods, nut butter etc etc. The stores I have found here are extremely expensive and shipping from the US is too hard.

From San Fran originally and realise now I was a little spoiled for choices.

Hi. You won't find high quality and cheap health foods anywhere in HK.
 
Health food is severely overpriced here. Half of it isn't even branded or decent quality.
 
However, there is a website called I-herb 
 
They ship to HK (Free I think). You can find branded products there.

I used to use iherb but the store delivers same day 

Plus I checked prices and the store is lower.
