Has anyone received their refunds? I heard an unsubstantiated rumour that the promoter has gone bust and we won't be getting the refund :(

I think they have gone bust however, the ticket provider (HK Ticketing) should be doing the refunds. I got told my credit card would be refunded by 18th December. It wasn't so I contacted them and they said 45 days from 18th December.
