has anyone any experience with renovating a gov housing that has been awarded for the elderly? apparently it is a bare shell unit, no appliances, no flooring at all. anyone has any idea of decent and fairly price contractors to do basic electrical appliance installation, wall painting and floor tiles work and possibly some cabinets and fixtures? any recommendation or insights and cost projection would be much appreciated. thanks!
