I really suggest you find a good contractor to see what types of floor is best suit for your unit and life style, these retail store will sell you anythg that max their profit.

usually a good grade engineered flooring wud last you many years.

We got ours from Beauty Floor in Wanchai. Very reasonable 50k for 1500 sq ft for oak real wood inc underlay and laying. The guy who runs it is very knowledgeable about all the options but cannot remember his name sorry!

Please do not use WONDERFLOOR, he is a crook. I saw he was advertising in the DB magazine. I just do not want anyone else to get done by Mark.

My colleague had her floorboards for her 1600 sq feet flat done by Beauty Floor as well, and it looks amazing. I'm going to call them up actually, to ask for a quote for my place as well.

i definitely would not use beauty floor for a rooftop, extremely poor workmanship, nails sticking out through floor boards, the whole thing rattles....shoddy to say the least
