Hi...
I have just finished a 2nd course of 6 treatments of IPL Hair Removal from my chin area, so far I have spent around HK$10,000 on both treatments and much to my disappointment the hair is still growing in..
Has anybody had success with this treatment and if so where did you have it done

Seems strange. First, it is commonly showed great improvement after about six treatments by IPL and, secondly, your treatment package is very much on the high end... ...
It seems that your situation did not improve even after two six-treatment courses (ie a total of 12 treatments).
If you have finished your package plan, you can try to have a free consultation at Devil Beauty in Causeway Bay to see if the US licensed beautician can give any advice. I have full confidence on their professional advice (no more than what you need and no exaggeration on what is doable and what is not).

Pinky, I had IPL 2 years back on the upper lip area. I guess this is a lot more expensive than what I paid...I paid arnd 1600$ or something arnd that per treatment....and it took me arnd 6-8 treatments....I went to beautiful skin in pacific place..send me PM if you want to know more abt this

Laser is more potent than IPL of cus. Why you choose IPL? It is costy and not with good result as Laser. Waste money !!
