I bought a Maclaren stroller new in HK 8 months ago from Ebabyasia. I need to have it repaired ASAP because the brakes do not work properly.
Does anyone know where I can get Maclaren products repaired in Hong Kong?
I know the Maclaren stroller I bought is still under warranty. Obviously I would prefer to have it repaired under warranty but I need to have it repaired irrespective.
I don't know whether Ebabyasia still exists in Hong Kong. I've tried phoning all branches of Ebabyasia in HK listed in Asiaxpat's HK A-Z but there is no ringtone.
I would be grateful is anyone can shed some light on whether there is someone who can repair the faulty brakes on the Maclaren stroller?

I forgot to mention that often I find Hong Kong shops rather sell you
a new pram than help you fix an old one.

I guess I will have to contact the tel no. in the warranty which is in the US. Hopefully, they can refer me to a local agent who can carry out the repairs. Sending the stroller to the US for repairs is really not a practical option.

Ebabyasia closed down last year. It is worth a try to call up
Maclaren to find out what they can do and if they can refer you to
another agent in Hong Kong for repairs. I've always contacted the
manufacturer directly - they are more than happy to send spare
parts to you etc..

BTW, the Maclaren warranty simply states that if your retailer (ie Ebabyasia) cannot perform the warranty repair, then contact Maclaren direct ie Maclaren USA at South Norwalk, CT, USA.
The warranty basically states that if you need to return your stroller for repair, you have to package it and send it to the US for repairs.
THis is hardly convenient as I live in HK and bought the stroller in HK.
Please can anyone tell me where I can get the Maclaren stroller repaired in HK?

Did you try to send an email to info@maclarenbaby.com
On the US website it still says the HK agent is Ebabyasia and all
other places not listed there should contact UK site, so here is their
address info@maclaren.co.uk
