I am looking for very cheap canvases or frames like painters use. I actually just want to wrap it with a gorgeous fabric I bought on a trip for decoration.
Does anyone know where the best place is to buy these? I just don't want to pay top dollar for a high quality product when a cheap-&-cheery will do just as nicely.
Any help most appreciated.

Depends on the size. I saw some at Jusco $10 plaza. They are usually A4 size...

Try one of the stationary or art shops, the canvas's are quite reasonably priced in HK.There is a big stationers 1st floor of the building with entrance in Le yuen st, where the street markets are in central, I think they stock some Art stuff, also if you are just wanting to cover the canvas with material you could buy cheap ready painted one, the art may be not what you like but you can cover it with your nice fabric.Some of the smaller Chinese bric a brac shops in central might have these.
