Anyone have any knowledge of, or experience with, finding inexpensive plastic cups, plates and cutlery? Looking for bulk numbers, 200-300 pieces of each.

Most local market areas usually have a store that sells that sort of stuff. You have to snoop around.I know of one in Yuen Long but there should be one near Wanchai market. Look at the side streets around the market

The Porcelain Vase Shop on Queens Rd East , go east past the Gresson St market ( about 200 metres past PP3 / Star S)heading east to Hopewell Centre and you will find it halfway. Its also a mini department store ( that has eveything ) and the street is crammed with plastic storage bins etc. They sell plastic and party ware in bulk.
