"deletion of company information" i belive this is an offence under the commercial crime branch and whats the punishments for such crime in HK..

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "deletion" and "information". At a guess, this may come under Cap. 32 Companies Ordinance, Sec. 152D Heading: Penalization of destruction, mutilation, etc. of company documents.
According to Twelfth Schedule (2005), the punishment "On Indictment" is $150,000 and 3 years.
