For an expat is it feasible living in HK and work in Shenzhen, having HK ID to live in HK and multiple extry visa and work visa in China?

If you are a HK Permanent Resident - or with an Unlimited Stay visa in Hong Kong - I can't see it as being a problem as long as your mainland work visa is also valid. It would be quite inconvenient though as a) you may have some tax problems b) it's troublesome for foreigners to cross the border frequently and c) it's probably cheaper just to get a place to live in Shenzhen. If you don't have HK permanent residency or unlimited stay, then your work visa will only cover you for your existing job in HK.
