It's an FM transmitter for iPod that allows you to "broadcast" your iPod via FM radio to your car stereo system. Extremely fun for those MTR rides if you dial it in to the racing channel and sit next to an old man with the racing page open. Even funnier if you record your own spoof MP3 saying (In Cantonese of course) "Hello, this is GOD. You should not gamble. Thank you for your cooperation." LOL
