Can anyone advise me where I can buy lamp shades in HK without buying another set of table lamps?

TC: Tks. Ikea & GOD don't stock them. With the Wanchai shops, they have to be custom made. The lamps are porcelin and for the living room. I'll try Happy Valley. Tks again.

pookiewoman: Tks for the advice. Went to Altfields Home store. They had very nice shades of all shapes, styles & colors. They had no pairs which made me think that they were not initially intended to be stocked. I guess that I'm not the only one who buys lamps without the shades. Prices on individual shades ranged from HK$800 and up. Back to Henry Lamps.

TC, NLW: You were right.I went to Morrison Hill Rd area (opposite the race track) Found a store (Kai Lai Lighting) just under the overpass on Leighton Rd. They had many silk screen lamp shades for sale. I bought a pair for HK$900. My odessey is over.

I am looking at buying two large lamp shades "Shanghai Tang" style in lotus shape like the ones in the shops on Wyndham St. On Wyndham St, they charge 650$ each. Would you know a cheaper seller (may be Shenzhen) or option? Thanks

They sell the tullip shaped silk lamp shades at Stanley in the small street/alley just beside Delifrance and also in some of the other stores. I woul think you might be able to bargain them down a little - I have seen the ones I think you mean in Wyndham street - just near the traffic lights across from the pacific coffee - I think the ones is stanley are very similar. Have not seen them in Shenzen but was not looking for them either.
