Where can I find indoor play areas on HK Island without the long trek to Ocean Park all the time?
In other cities and towns there are places where my 3 yr old boy can throw himself down slides, dive through tunnels, throw small balls around and generally create havoc.
Any ideas?

There is a large Sports Centre in Happy Valley (within a short walking distance of the HV tram terminus), which has two indoor play rooms (one for babies/toddlers; and one for older children). I've only been there once, so I cannot remember the exact location, but I'm sure someone local to the area will know the Sports Centre I am referring to.

It is on Sing Woo road in the building where the fesh food market is, it is on the right hand side of the street if you head up Sing Woo and might be at the corner of Yik Yam street although that could be wrong, there is also a library (you might see the sign) which is where you want to enter and take the lift up to the playroom, think it is 4th floor. It is lots of fun and handy on really hot or rainy days.

The big library in Causeway Bay - Central Library - (it is opposite Victoria Park) has a toy room where the kids can go and play. It has small toys and I think a ball pit? You can take out lots of books, cassettes and tapes while you are there :). There is a booking system so contact the library for details. Sorry, I have not used it myself as my children are all at school now but I remember being suprised when I saw it.

I'm sure there has been a thread about this before and somebody mentioned one in Western, so try using the search function.
