It is not only for CSL, SMV also announce the new HSPA+ service and can up to 21Mbps.

Dun think so. Most probably is the network up to 21Mbps and the actual usable speed is around 1X Mbps. As far as I know, there is still no hardware that actually supports 21Mbps.

Indeed, some of these users are definitely the same employed staff or marketers of Smartone (as identified and kicked off of another site). This in itself is one reason why I would never ever use a network that stoops to this level.

I see, but what is the purpose of doing this? I think people are very clever now and they will not solely believe what all forums said, they will judge.
