Hi,

Can anyone point me to a place that sells yogurt makers in Central (or farther afield if need be)? I visited the Wing-On and Fortress in Central and they did not have any.

I checked there on Friday, I didnt see any yogurt machine. When was the last time you saw it there?

You can make yoghurt without buying a purpose-built yoghurt maker. All you need is something like a wide necked thermos flask or insulated jar, the secret being to keep the treated milk warm for 8 hours or so, while the added spoonful of commercially produced yoghurt does its work. I have been making yoghurt successfully this way for many years.
