I am considering moving to Hong Lok Yuen and was hoping for some advice on how to commute to Central and how long it would take. Thanks

Hong Lok Yuen have their own residential shuttle to MTR station (Tai Po Market Station) which only takes 45 mins to Central station. If you are driving, it normally takes 45 mins from HLY to Central through Western Tunnel.
