My wife operates a shop selling sandwiches/salad/drinks near Causeway Bay. Recently there are some libelous comments in some local forum on her shop. If we want to take legal actions, where should I start? I heard it could be very costly and sometimes not worthwhile to do it in HK, but I just want some opinion.
