Hi all,

It seems their are certain parts of Lantau you can't drive to without having a pass - not referring to the resident only DB areas and Ma Wan areas but a couple beaches are sealed off to traffic. I was told you could get a pass to drive in these areas if you are a resident. Any idea if this is true and what are the restrictions on the pass?
