Pure Spa at IFC does the best couples massage in HK by a long way. 90 mins includes a 55 min massage and then you get left alone for a 25 min relax in the private tub just next to the massage tables (10 mins to get changed etc). The bath is hot and you have fantastic views over the harbour. For a little extra they will leave champagne next to the bath. The staff there are fully aware that couples might get a little 'frisky' but they turn a blind eye and you get a polite reminder if you are a little long in the tub.
$1400 a time, so not cheap but worth it every now and again

I-Spa at the Intercontinental has a couples room - jacuzzi, steam room, shower, sauna.... you can use before and/or after your massages (for a total of 30 minutes) you can choose your massage style. Other spa servives for men and women too.

Not cheap, but very good! List price is 1 1/2 hours for two people in the couples room, including one hour massage for each person at HKD 1650.
They also have other spa packages for couples, and you can combine them with other services they offer. Sometimes they do special deals if you stay in the hotel the night too.
Whatever you decide, you two will enjoy!

I recently tried the couple massage room at the Plateau, grand hyatt and wasn't overly impressed.. you get a private jacuzzi and a nice view of the harbour which is cool but everything else seemed a bit too fancy and not relaxing... the actual massage was standard. You're basically led to a room which has a bathroom/dressing & sitting area etc but only have 15mins to get changed etc after the massage.. extra charge of approx hkd850 if you want to stay in the room for another 45mins or so.
