I have collegues who have used dial a dinner during lunch and as far as I know, they don't tip the delivery guy. They just pay whats on the bill.

I don't think it's expected, but I always tip 10-15%. I think that's a rough way to make a living.

I try to tip the Park n' Shop delivery people, and they have actually refused to take it--so I don't offer any more.

For food deliveries, I usually tip $10-20 depending on the whether and how far they're coming from or just tell them to keep the change (if it's under $20). Furniture - if they have a lot of assembling to do, I usually try and give $20 each. If it's just delivery with two or three trips up my one flight of stairs, I usually just give $40 to the whole gang.
