I'm looking to buy a Christmas gift for my wife, likely a nice sweater that she can wear to work and combat the crazy air con that pumps year round. However, in my search I seem to only find 2 levels of goods ... outrageously expensive designer brands or more reasonably priced local brands. However, the local brands are designed for 20-somethings or my Grandmother in the 1970s.
Where in HK can I find boutique clothing stores that cater to 30-something - 40-something clients? Maybe shops owned by local designers with a good sense of international style? That also have reasonable prices.
For your reference, I think a nice cardigan should cost around $1500-2000 HKD.
Thanks!

I just wandered past Massimo Dutti in Central and they had a big sale on... lots of items 35-45% off... I usually buy dress shirts there and the quality is excellent.
