I've just bought a new carpet and need to find some lining/padding to put under it. Any suggestions on where I might find some?

If you mean an area carpet/rug and need the stuff so you don't slip and slide... Ikea sells it. Works fine.

If you mean a wall to wall carpet, ask the company who is installing it for you.
