Hi everyone,
Need to pick the minds of transport-heads. I've lived in Kowloon for three years and making a move to the island in August. Most likely to Kennedy Town, Sheung Wan/Sai Ying Pun areas or North Point (but would consider other places).
The main factor is transport to get me to work in Tai Po very early. I have to be at MK East station for the East Rail Line by 6:45am every weekday morning.
Does anyone know a convenient route from any of the island areas I mentioned, that go to either MK East, Hung Hom or even Tai Po Market station itself?
Anyone know the details of the popular minibus from Kennedy Town to MK?
Any help or advice you can give would be very welcome.
Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,
You can catch the "popular mini bus" from Kennedy Town to Mong Kok on North Street.
It's very convenient, takes only about 15-20 mins, only costs hk$14 (last time I took it), and I think gets you quite close to MK East station.
However, as RAYTSE states, there's an MTR in Kennedy Town now...Why not just take that?
