Need advice: locally produced food and natural body products

Hi everyone


I just came back from overseas and i am missing fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and locally produced products.


this is part of a recent quest for health through nutrition and non toxic stuff


I would like to get name and contact details of LOCAL producers of the following


-honey

-bread

-pickles and jams

-cheese

-any other stuff you might know about


also natural made body products(natural made, ideally in hong kong)


-soap

-moisturizer

-shampoo

-natural cleaning products

etc



i know we can find "organic" and "eco friendly" stuff at some supermarkets, but what we want to find, if at all possible, are local makers of any of these foods/items


hope we can get lots of info and that can help many other people as well.
