Hi I am need some advice on how to troubleshoot this problem. We had a contractor come to install a new Aircon system into our office and he did a terrible job. He build the installation in the toilet and and the Aircon now only blows hot air. We complained and told him to fix this problem, so what he did was just up and leave with our money.
I have been on the phone calling companies and handymen to try and come to our office to try and see what the problem is but, they are all saying I need to call the original supplier and contractor. But, he isn't picking up our calls.
Super frustrated and need some advice.

Pay a new contractor to redo the job. Don't bother to claim money back, too much hussle and don't mess around with them some are triad related.
