Hi
My husband and I are due to move to Mui Wo next month and we were wondering what fitness options there were. We currently both go to MMA gyms first thing in the morning before work, but I don't seem to be able to find anything that starts before 9am on Lantau or that isn't PT that costs a fortune. Can anyone help?
