Horrible experience at Horizon Plaza

I purchased a dining table back in March 2011. They gave me the wrong table in April and I have been waiting since for the one I paid for. The merchant offered a small discount to compensate for the inconvenience and promised to deliver by early June. It is nearly July now and the merchant still cannot tell me when my table will arrive and is refusing to refund me.


Would really appreciate any adivce on what my options are at this stage. Thank you!

Sorry to hear about your problem. If you like the one they delivered, ask for a big discount and keep it. There is always small claims court.


Kensy - I have bought a small bedside table from them. No issues with my purchase and the lady that sold it to me was pretty good. But then I bought from their catelog. Did you do the same or was it a custom job?

I bought it from their store. I also got a TV cabinet which arrived on time and I have no problems with. But I am having a hard time dealing with the store lady, who redirects the blame to her suppliers and cannot give me a solid timeline after several delays.
