need a quick fix for parquet flooring...

moving into a new place and offered to do a quick fix job on the parquet flooring to reduce the rent further. tiles have moved slightly and the sealant is coming up in a few areas.

anyone know of a contractor that can fix this for a minimal charge, or if there's a way i can reseal the flooring myself without a major diy disaster?

There are many shops on Lockhart Rd that sell such flooring, I expect they'd be able to recommend someone.
