I would like to send my 3.5 years old son to learn ice skating in Kowloon Tong Festival Walk on Saturday morning. The staff told me all private coach are booked out and only semi-private is available. Actually I would prefer a semi-private course, because I just believe two kids will have more fun togather. The problem is now I have to find another kid to join us. The semiprivate session (5 times) on weedend cost 700HKD per person and we would prefer to have it in the Saturday morning. My son is speaking Mandarin, German and English. Though he is not fluent in any of them. But he is a very friendly boy. I am sure your kid will have fun to learn with him togather. Is there anyone interested?

Hello sonja,

Have you found someone to join the class with your son yet? I'm kinda interested, well, my 3 year-old girl has been hooked since Oct. last year when I first took her to Festival Walk. But can I ask a question? Does that tuition fee include the session fee so that the children can skate before and after the class? Or.... do we still need to pay $50/60 to stay on the rink? For the time of the class, have you appointed the specific time like starting 9am/10am/11am??? For your information, my daughter is 3 years and 5 months and speaks English, Japanese and little Cantonese... Would you mind if they could take a lesson in English?

Thanks for your reply!!

Hi, Caty,

thanks for your reply. I do not know whether the session fee is in the tuition fee included or not. But we will find out. I just called the skating school, but no one answer the phone. I will try again later. You may call them direktly as well. The skating school's number is 28443530 or 28443535. Last weekend we brought our son to the ice rink. Actually my husband was the only one on the ice rink with him, cos i can not skate myself. And they are so exhausted after a half hour. I would prefer to have the class between 10:00 to 12:00. One class is only 30 minutes, so anytime time between that will be ok with me. And the staff of the skating school confirm the time as well. My son can not speak any Cantonese. So we have no choice other than take the lessen in English. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.
