The Flower Market is in Mong Kok, fittingly on Flower Market Road.

Flower Market - get off at Prince Edward MTR station and use the Police Station exit. Get out of MTR turn left and make a u-turn. You will see the Police Station on your left. Keep walking past the Honda dealership and at the next block you will see lots of flower shops. One side street parallel to the main street is where Flower Markets Rd is. You will see many people carrying flowers so all you have to do is ask if not sure.

actually your directions are good until the bit about the Honda shop...it is no more, and has been renovated into more soon-to-be Flower Market shops...the first shop past the (former) Honda shop is Brighten, a three story shop of dried flowers and ornamental stuff.
