I am looking for a shaving brush made of badger hair, all the salons and high end "men's stores" I have looked at seem to have only the nylon/plastic brushes. I am sure there is some place in HK where its available, could any of you point me in the right direction. It'll be most appreciated if you could give me their phone number as well, so that I can check availability and don't show up only to be disappointed again :-).

yes there was (still is?) a shop in Pedder building on one of the lower floors at the lift end - looks like an old fashioned European chemist shop - that use to sell badger hair shaving brushes. Havent been inthere of late so dont know if the shop is still there

Thank you all, this has been helpful, I'll swing by the Pedder House and also take a look at Lane Crawford over the weekend, though I think you (Sapphire) are talking about the Saville Row of London thingy, I think it's over now, but I'll definitely take a look there as well, otherwise will pick it up from either of the online stores.

Didn't find it at Pedder, I think that shop must have shut down, damn. Lane Crawford doesn't have it either. So looks like I'll have to get it shipped over.

I guess I'll just have to keep looking, am traveling all of this month, so I will look again when I return or I think I am very likely to order it online, it's worth the cost and these brushes last a while. Thanks a lot all.

I saw one in "Crabtree & Evelyn" year ago in the basement of Landmark which is also from edwinjagger. You can have a look if you have time.

Or if you will travel all the time this month, why not buy it when you are travelling?
