I am moving to HK with my wife and two children as well as her child from a previous marriage. In most countries there are clear visa regulations for dependents including step children (such as the UK where we are now) however I have been unable to find this for HK. We have orders to say that the child lives with us. Can he gain entry as my dependent as with the other family members or will he need to apply for a student visa?
Any advice would be appreciated..
