I am looking to get an fax service that works through the net for the odd fax I need to send and receive at home - any suggestions on services people have used out there (one with a HK number).

Slap some fax software on your computer and send directly from Word, etc. using your phone line.

Thanks Claire am looking for one that you receive and send faxes through the net so no need to hook up to your phone line. So you don't even need to be in HK to still be able to send and receive faxes to your hk ' fax no.'. Anyone ?

Oh ok. Got ya. Well there are a number of services but you can do this for free, although it may contact some advertising so perhaps not so suitable for business faxes.



TPC Fax started as an experiment and continues really through the assistance of volunteers.

Thanks very much but believe it or not I don't have anywhere in my flat to put a fax machine (not so hard to believe in minuscule HK flats, I guess). I only need to fax things once in a long while so it would be collecting dust most of the time. But thanks anyway, very kind of you to make the offer.

How would've thought we are still using fax machines- it's 2014!

Very difficult to find places to fax internationally. I think most stationary

stores will fax, but international is another story.

I found a stationary store on Stanley st in central

who charge $10/page.
