is there a website or other place where I could see in an easy to read table the past history trends of HK mortgage rates over the past 20 years?


I have googled plus other ways but nothing comes up - maybe there is someone who knows of a particular site that could help me?

It's tricky, as each bank sets its own prime rate (and the margin below that for its mortgage rate). You could see the trend - but not the absolute amount - by adding say 2% to each of the monthly values in the "1 month HIBOR fixing" column at:
