does anyone know the website for applying for a single entry visa (for tourism) to taiwan. it is for a hong kong passport holder born in china. also how long does it take for a visa to be processed?

Never heard of anyone getting Taiwan visa online. You could check with the office that issues their visas in Lippo Centre:

yeah you don't actually get the visa but you can fill in all the forms and then just pick up all the approved documents and go to a special office when you arrive in taipei and they put the visa in you passport. i have friends who have done this using the above mentioned travel service but none of them remember the website. and i haven't been able to find any thing on google.
