child psychologist needed

I'm asking this for my sister who has a 23 months old boy. Her son is very shy and whenever he sees strangers, he will hit whoever is carrying him at that time (usually it's either his mum or dad because he doesn't let anyone else hold him). He also has very bad temper. Whenever things don't go his way, he will throw a tantrum (cries, screams, hits his head againt the wall or floor etc.). We are aware that it's not just the issue of shyness/tantrum and we're trying to find ways to stop him from hitting people and himself. Is there any good child psychologist that you know of and can recommend? many thx in advance!

My son who is 4 this year is attending their EQ course at the moment, I found him improved a lot after attending the lessons. You may want to speak to Ms Lily, she is the psychologist who teaches my son. She is a very nice lady, very caring and all of the kids attending her classes are happy and enjoy themselves very much.

You can give her a call to arrange for an interview, something like evaluation/observation for the parent as well as the kid.
