Does anyone know exactly where the Ice Bar in Lan Kwai Fong is. It's suppose to have tables and chairs made of ice

Balilaika in Lan Kwai Fong Tower (3rd or 4th floor ???) The freezer room has ice, the rest of the bar has normal tables and chairs! (I think there is also still one over on Kowloon side)
