There are a few nice Apartments in Cox's Road Jordan, one street back from Nathan that are quieter

You can consider King's Park Rise, which is on the border of Yau Ma Tei and Ho Man Tin. The Regalia overlooks Nathan Road on one side and the park on the other side. Also King's Park Villa on the corner of King's Park Rise and Wylie Road, and Parc Palais on Wylie Road.
