Racial Abuse on the tram

Today I was subjected to unprovoked racial abuse for several minutes whilst traveling on the tram through Admiralty.


Can anyone tell me if this is a criminal offence in Hong Kong? If a similar situation occurs again would I be entitled call the police?

you should have called the police


and whenever this happens to my i confront the abuser immediately., most of the time they become pussies and run away.

if you have some evidence of the incident, should contact Equal Opportunities Commission on how to proceed.
