I am looking for some advice on the enforceability of non-competition clauses in Hong Kong employment contracts. Don't want to put the details of the clause here. Appreciate if someone can give me advice and send me your contact. Will offer compensation for sound legal advice.

it must be reasonable as to duration, geography and scope of work.
Three-six months would be normal, within Hong Kong or areas of Hong Kong, and must restrain you from doing something you already do. the restriction must be necessary for protection of emplyer's legitimate business interests.
Breach of a covenant can lead to injunctions, so tread with care.
